The receptionist was helpful and allowed early check-in. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom seemed recently renovated. Staff tried to resolve a billing issue and offered a free breakfast. The receptionists, Ozcan and Mert, were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel is conveniently located near the Kartal metro station, making it easy to access the Asian part of this city. there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with a super clean toilet and well-maintained rooms. The free breakfast provided was delicious, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. we were pleased with the hotel facilities and the convenient location.
